After 90 days of hard work the Wilderness at the Smokies Team hosted one of the most successful selection events in the country on Saturday. We had a great turnout of excited folks and we ended the day with over $41 million in new sales and 109 happy homeowners....and helicopter rides of course!
I would like to thank all of my new homeowners and congratulate them on getting in early on this one of a kind offering. If you are a homeowner and you could not make it to selection day keep your eye on the mailbox, your homeowner gift and your fully executed paperwork will be ariving soon.
