For Easter, we all received a surprise when my mom gave Marlie a baby chick! M named her chick Lala Rose and enjoyed having a temporary pet. Lala Rose lived with us for a while until she was ready to move on from her cage. Thankfully, she had the perfect place to move onto at Bryan's mom's house. Lala Rose now lives happily amongst other farm animals and M gets to check on her when she goes for a visit.
